Kirsten Masrelian
Founder and CEO
M.S., BCBA
Hello! I am Kirsten Masrelian, a state licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst, or BCBA for short. I graduated with a undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire in Behavior Analysis in 2012. During my time spent at Eau Claire, I spent three semesters working at the on campus Autism Treatment program, known commonly as CAP. After college, I moved to Florida where I continued my work in the field, becoming a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst, or BCaBA for short. After some time I moved back home, and continued working in the field in the Fox Valley. I finished my Master's degree in Behavior Analysis in September 2017, and officially became a BCBA in December of the same year. I opened Milestone's because I recognized the lack of center-based services in the area, especially in my home town of De Pere. This is to bring much needed services, acceptance and awareness to the community I love.

I have experience with individuals ages 2 to 22 across three different states (Michigan, Ohio, and Wisconsin). I have worked in home, school, and center-based environments. My knowledge of and passion for ABA has allowed me to grow as a clinician and leader. I am so grateful to be part of this community while working with the wonderful clients and staff at Milestones! On the weekends I am usually reading a good book, cooking up a new recipe, or hiking/camping with my dog (Griffin), husband (Stephen) and our son (August "Gus").

While living in Massachusetts, I worked at a private school for individuals diagnosed with Developmental Disabilities where I specialized in the treatment of challenging behavior. I moved back home to Wisconsin in 2016 with my husband (Matt) to be closer to family. Since I moving to Wisconsin, I have had the opportunity to gain experience in providing center-based treatment in the Green Bay area. Christy Pitsch
Director of Services
M.S., BCBA
Hi! I'm Christy Pitsch, a Licensed Supervisor and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) here at Milestones. I attained my undergraduate degree in special education as well as my teaching license at the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh. I then studied behavior analysis with a focus on the assessment and treatment of problem behavior exhibited by individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. From this experience, I have developed proficiency in designing, conducting, and supervising staff to implement functional-based behavioral interventions that focus on the development of new skills. I graduated from Marquette University with my Master's degree in May of 2019 and passed my board exam in August of the same year. Due to the lack of services, it's been my goal and dream to return to this area and serve our community. I am so excited to continue to serve with other experts in the field here at Milestones.
